Very amazing service daily cleaning I stay more than one week it was a pleasure all the staff so sweet and kind I highly recommend this place housekeeping Aijaz and dépila great staff you everyday with a smile and go the extra mile to fulfill your needs the best staff Aijaz and his housekeeper supervisor mr Arjun always come and check everything is oky also I remember bellman irfan he take care our luggage everythig is fine especially we thinks to Aijaz

Honestly, BEST hotel in Dubai. Had SUCH a lovely stay, the rooms are just exceptional. Breakfast was great, with lovely hot food options too like eggs Benedict, avo on toast. The service from the valet, to the bell boys, the pool, reception and the housekeeping really do go above and beyond!! In particular, Hannah at the check out was super helpful, I had a very late flight and she helped me have extra time in my room so that I could enjoy my stay at the hotel that little bit longer. It really makes a difference. Thank you to all the amazing staff!

My family and I had an amazing stay at SLS Dubai. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness made all the difference. Aijaz, our housekeeper, ensured our room was spotless and went above and beyond to keep us comfortable. Criezca & Ahmed at the front desk made checkout seamless, and Kate from Lost and Found quickly helped me recover items I’d left behind. Everyone was efficient, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. A truly wonderful experience—I can’t wait to visit again!
